Reversal of recovery direction during creep recovery of polymer blends
Journal of Rheology, 1995At small stresses or strains, polymeric liquids show a linear viscoelastic behavior. This can be demonstrated in creep followed by creep recovery.

A Low Reverse Recovery Charge Superjunction MOSFET With an Integrated Tunneling Diode
IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, 2019A superjunction MOSFET with an integrated tunneling diode is proposed and investigated by simulations in this article. The tunneling diode comprised the N+ region and the P+ region on the surface of the P-base region is connected in series with the P+/P ...

Abstract Peace brought perils as grave as any in wartime for such City firms as Kleinwort, Sons & Co. At the end of the war in 1918 their acceptances were down to a mere £5m. from the 1913 high of £14.2m. Due to increased trading in the Americas, however, the partners’ capital had grown slightly to £4.6m., which was £263,000 more ...

Fast recovery diodes - reverse recovery behaviour and dynamic avalanche
2004 24th International Conference on Microelectronics (IEEE Cat. No.04TH8716), 2004This paper deals with the dynamics of the internal charge carriers during the reverse recovery process of a fast power diode. For two conditions, simplified approximations are given for analytical investigation, and parameters for achieving soft recovery are derived. Finally, both conditions are investigated with regard to dynamic ruggedness.

Extraction of Trench Capacitance and Reverse Recovery Time of InGaAs Self-Switching Diode
IEEE transactions on nanotechnology, 2019In this paper, we have presented the transient analysis of an InGaAs based novel nano diode called self-switching device utilizing Silvaco TCAD simulator. The device exhibits current-voltage (I-V) characteristics analogous to a conventional diode without

Enzyme recovery by liquid-liquid extraction using reversed micelles
The Chemical Engineering Journal, 1986Abstract The recovery of α-amylase by liquid-liquid extraction, using a reversed micellar phase to transport the enzyme from one aqueous phase to another, has been investigated. Reversed micelles are aggregates of surfactant molecules in an apolar solvent, surrounding an inner core of water.
