DCT-based Reversible Data Hiding Scheme

open access: yesJournal of Software, 2009
To enhance the hiding capacity of Chang et al.’s reversible DCT-based data hiding scheme, in this paper we propose another method called a layer-1 data embedding strategy. Our proposed layer-1 strategy considers some areas not used by Chang et al.’s scheme, which we call layer-2 data embedding.

Reversible steganographic method based on interpolation by bivariate linear box-spline on the three directional mesh

open access: yesJournal of King Saud University: Computer and Information Sciences, 2020
Data hiding is the discipline of hiding information into digital media. A reversible steganographic method allows to extract data from the stego file as well as to retrieve the cover file.

A New High Capacity Separable Reversible Data Hiding in Encrypted Images Based on Block Selection and Block-Level Encryption

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Reversible data hiding in encrypted image (RDHEI) is a technology that can simultaneously implement privacy protection and reversible information hiding. For RDHEI, the main problem is the conflict between embedding capacity and real reversibility.

A contrast-sensitive reversible visible image watermarking technique [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
A reversible (also called lossless, distortion-free, or invertible) visible watermarking scheme is proposed to satisfy the applications, in which the visible watermark is expected to combat copyright piracy but can be removed to losslessly recover the ...

Efficient Reversible Data Hiding Simultaneously Exploiting Adjacent Pixels

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
As an effective means to content authentication and privacy protection, reversible data hiding (RDH) permits us to hide a payload such as authentication data in a media file. The resulting marked content will not introduce noticeable artifacts.

Exploring More Capacity for Grayscale-Invariance Reversible Data Hiding

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
Grayscale-invariant reversible data hiding (RDH) in color images was developed recently in which the grayscales of the marked color image are required to be the same as that of the host color image.

Faithful Squashed Entanglement [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Squashed entanglement is a measure for the entanglement of bipartite quantum states. In this paper we present a lower bound for squashed entanglement in terms of a distance to the set of separable states.

Optimal structural similarity constraint for reversible data hiding

open access: yes网络与信息安全学报, 2016
Most reversible data hiding (RDH) techniques have been evaluated by PSNR,which is based on MSE.Unfortunately,MSE turns out to be an extremely poor measure when the purpose is to predict perceived signal fidel-ity or quality. The structural similarity ...
