We report a male patient who presented elbow stiffness and grievous malunion of the distal humerus due to delayed treatment after distal humerus fracture. A cementless and stemless resurfacing prosthesis was customized for the distal humerus based on contralateral articular anatomy using 3D‐printing technique with Co‐Cr‐Mo alloy.

Fully automated workflow for designing patient-specific orthopaedic implants: application to total knee arthroplasty [PDF]
Background. Osteoarthritis affects about 528 million people worldwide, causing pain and stiffness in the joints. Arthroplasty is commonly performed to treat joint osteoarthritis, reducing pain and improving mobility. Nevertheless, a significant share of patients remain unsatisfied with their surgery.
