The AnTi‐FREEZE study follows a three‐visit protocol consisting of a baseline visit and two randomized crossover visits with atomoxetine or placebo. Neuropsychiatric Adverse Events Associated With Foslevodopa/Foscarbidopa Continuous Subcutaneous Infusion in Clinical Practice: A Multicenter Study. [PDF]
In 214 patients with advanced Parkinson's disease receiving foslevodopa/foscarbidopa continuous subcutaneous infusion, neuropsychiatric adverse events occurred in 19.2%. Baseline cognitive impairment and hallucinations did not increase risk, whereas preexisting impulse control disorders predicted ICD‐related adverse events.
