Study on Rheological Behavior of Konjac Glucomannan
Konjac glucomannan (KGM) gum belongs to pseudoplastic fluid. Remarkable non-linear change tendencies of shear rheological behavior of KGM were detected through analysis of the correlation of viscosity (η)-shear rates and shear stress- shear rates ...

Aqueous Two‐Phase Bioinks for Discrete Packing and Compartmentalization of 3D Bioprinted Cells
Aqueous two‐phase systems (ATPS) enable the formation of biomimetic interfaces crucial for tissue engineering. However, clinical translation remains limited by the challenge of precisely controlling cellular compartmentalization. Here, we developed ATPS biomaterial inks for 3D bioprinting allowing tuneable droplet formation via NaCl modulation.

Rheological Behavior of Fresh Activated Sludge
Despite of few research works on municipal sludge, still there is a lack of actual data. Thus, this work was focused on the conditioning and rheology of fresh activated sludge. The effect of cationic polyelectrolyte has been investigated at different concentrations and pH values in a comparative fashion.

Influence of hydroxypropylguars on rheological behavior of cement-based mortars [PDF]
International audienceHydroxypropylguars (HPGs) are used as water retention agents in modern factory-made mortars. Nevertheless, these molecules can also impact the rheological behavior of cement-based materials.

We describe a microfluidic tumor‐stroma co‐culture model, engineered to resist collagen‐hydrogel contraction driven by fibroblast activity. Surface silanization with APTES covalently anchors the matrix to the chip, while Genipin crosslinking progressively increases stiffness and elasticity without harming cells. This supports >10 days of co‐culture and

Rheological Behaviors of Sumac Concentrate
The individual and interactive effects of temperature (20–50°C), and total soluble solids (TSS) (50–70°Brix), on rheological characteristics of sumac (Rhus coriaria) concentrate were studied using a computer controlled rheometer. Sumac concentrate exhibited Newtonian characteristics for TSS of 50–60°Brix, with a slight deviation corresponding to 70 ...

Laboratory Testing of Rheological Behavior of Water-Foamed Bitumen
From the rheological behavior of bitumen, one can understand the physical properties of water-foamed bitumen used in warm mix asphalt. Previously, rheological behaviors of water-foamed bitumen such as apparent viscosity, agitation torque, and shear rate ...
