Rhinosporidiosis is a rare chronic granulomatous infection caused by Rhinosporidium seeberi. It affects mainly the mucosa of the nose, nasopharynx, palate, conjunctiva and the urethra. A seven-year-old girl presented with intranasal polypoid growth with recurrent nose bleeding for one year.

A 12-year-old boy presenting with redness and foreign body sensation in his right eye was found to have a granular, pedunculated mass in the upper palpebral conjunctiva near the lid margin. After the mass was excised, the conjunctiva healed completely, with mild overlying scarring.
