Fractional Skyrmion Tubes in Chiral‐Interfaced 3D Magnetic Nanowires

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In chiral 3D helical magnetic nanowires, the coupling between the geometric and magnetic chirality provides a way to create topological spin states like vortex tubes. Here, it is demonstrated how the breaking of this coupling in interfaced 3D nanowires of opposite chirality leads to even more complex topological spin states, such as fractional ...

Rational Fine‐Tuning of MOF Pore Metrics: Enhanced SO2 Capture and Sensing with Optimal Multi‐Site Interactions

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A pore tuning strategy to amplify the multi‐site MOF‐SO2 interactions is proposed to achieve an enhanced trace SO2 capture and chemiresistive sensing in highly stable isostructural DMOFs by annelating benzene rings. This work provides a facile strategy to achieve tailor‐made stable MOF materials for specific multifunctional applications.

A nine-atom rhodium–aluminum oxide cluster oxidizes five carbon monoxide molecules

open access: yesNature Communications, 2016
Noble metals can promote the stable lattice oxygen of metal oxides to take part in oxidation reactions. Here, the authors report the preparation and reactivity of rhodium-aluminum oxide cluster ions, in which the rhodium ion promotes the transfer of five

Dependence of transport coefficients of Yb(Rh$_{1-x}$Co$_x$)$_2$Si$_2$ intermetallics on temperature and cobalt concentration

open access: yes, 2020
Dependence of transport coefficients of the Yb(Rh$_{1-x}$Co$_x$)$_2$Si$_2$ series of alloys on temperature and cobalt concentration is explained by an asymmetric Anderson model which takes into account the exchange scattering of conduction electrons on ...

Catalytic Decomposition of Nitrogen Oxides by Bimetallic Catalysts Synthesized by Dielectric Barrier Discharge Plasma Technology

open access: yesE3S Web of Conferences, 2018
Nitrous oxide (N2O) is a common greenhouse gas and urgent need to be contained. Direct catalytic decomposition of N2O by high activity catalyst into N2 and O2 is a low-cost and harmless method.
