Nasality overlap in French rhotics
This study investigates nasalization patterns in French, with a particular focus on rhotics. Nasalization arises when nasal airflow, due to velum lowering in nasal consonants, overlaps with adjacent segments, an effect modulated by both perceptual and linguistic factors.
