Analysis of Treatment and Subsequent Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients With Antinuclear Antibody‐Positive Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

open access: yesImmunity, Inflammation and Disease, Volume 13, Issue 6, June 2025.
ABSTRACT Background The etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) has not been clearly defined. The role of autoantibodies in RSA has particularly attracted much attention. Objective A retrospective analysis was performed to explore the combinatory efficacy of five drugs (aspirin enteric‐coated tablets, hydroxychloroquine sulfate ...

Engineering of CD63 Enables Selective Extracellular Vesicle Cargo Loading and Enhanced Payload Delivery

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 14, Issue 6, June 2025.
ABSTRACT Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are mediators of intercellular communication through the transfer of nucleic acids, lipids and proteins between cells. This property makes bioengineered EVs promising therapeutic vectors. However, it remains challenging to isolate EVs with a therapeutic payload due to the heterogeneous nature of cargo loading into ...

Phase Separation: A New Dimension to Understanding Tumor Biology and Therapy

open access: yesMedComm – Oncology, Volume 4, Issue 2, June 2025.
Liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS) facilitates the assembly of biomolecular condensates by leveraging weak multivalent interactions. The low‐complexity domains, foldable domains of proteins, and nucleic acids provide multivalent interaction sites among different molecules and contribute to the formation of condensates.
