A new ethoxyethanol derivative of iminofullerene, F2, is synthesized and labeled with 99mTc to produce 99mTc‐F2. In vitro, compound F2 inhibits the activation of primary mouse bone marrow‐derived macrophages stimulated with lipopolysaccharide. Moreover, 99mTc‐F2 is selectively enriched in the injured joints of mice. Inflammatory macrophages play a role

Peptidic Tryptophan Halogenation by a Promiscuous Flavin‐Dependent Enzyme
ChlH, a flavin‐dependent tryptophan halogenase, was reconstituted in vitro and capable of modifying a wide array of diverse peptidic substrates. This suggests a potential use in the biocatalytic production of chlorinated peptides. Abstract Amino acids undergo numerous enzymatic modifications.

An affordable single‐cell proteomics workflow combines capillary electrophoresis, real‐time ion sorting, and AI‐aided spectral deconvolution to profile early Xenopus embryonic cells. Despite using a legacy Orbitrap, this strategy matches or exceeds the sensitivity of modern instruments, uncovering proteome dynamics at sub‐nanogram scale.

Cyclochlorotine Hydroxylase CctR Reveals DUF3328 as a Family of Copper‐Dependent Metalloenzymes
DUF3328 is an enigmatic enzyme family implicated in diverse transformations in fungal natural product biosynthesis, yet its functions remain largely underexplored. Through biochemical characterization of the cyclochlorotine hydroxylase CctR, we define DUF3328 as a family of copper‐dependent metalloenzymes.
