Plant Metabolites Screening Identifies 7‐epi‐10‐Deacetyltaxol Inhibiting Cell Division by Interfering With the Cell Cycle and Microtubule Organization

In this study, an efficient screening system is developed for plant metabolites to find a compound, 7‐epi‐10‐deacetyltaxol, inhibits tissue elongation. Blue Light Receptor PHR2‐Mediated Spectrum Antiviral Immunity

Blue light suppresses RBSDV through the blue‐light receptor ZmPHR2, which interacts with ZmISP in chloroplasts to trigger ROS burst and antiviral defense. The viral effector P6 enhances ZmPHR2–ZmISP interaction, alters their distribution, and suppresses ROS.
