3D Chromatin Architecture Provides Insights Into Leaf Trait Variation Among Pear Species

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Three‐dimensional (3D) chromatin architecture plays a fundamental role in eukaryotic gene regulations, its functional significance in perennial fruit trees remains poorly characterized despite extensive applications in crop genomics. Here, we developed high‐resolution (∼5 kb) Hi‐C maps of Pyrus and compared 3D genomic architecture of three ...

INTERACTION POTENTIAL FIELD BETWEEN A GEOMET-RICAL KINK AND A POINT DEFECT

open access: yesActa Physica Sinica, 1992
A vector expression of the dilatotion field of a segment of dislocation line was obtained with isotropic elasticity. The interaction potential field between a geometric kink, made of straight segments or a smooth curve of dislocation, and a point defect was thus obtained.

Electronic energy and life span probability distribution of the HgS/CdS/HgS sphe rical nanometer system

open access: yesActa Physica Sinica, 2003
The physical Model for the spherical HgS/CdS/HgS nanometer system and equations satistied by the electron motion are built. The energy and life span of s-electr on and the variation of the probability distribution with the width of the poten tial barrier and well are probed.

eQTL Meta‐Analysis Reveals Conserved and Population‐Specific Regulatory Variation Underlying Nutritional Trait Evolution and Domestication in Tomato

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A comprehensive meta‐analysis of expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs) across five diverse tomato populations reveals a high‐resolution atlas of transcriptional regulation and uncovers conserved and population‐specific regulatory architectures underlying fruit nutritional quality traits, including flavonoids, sugars, organic acids, carotenoids ...

Integration of Spatiotemporal Multi‐Omics in Peach Fruit Unravels a Metabolic Niche and the Genetic Basis of Trichome‐Mediated Stress Adaptation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study constructed the first spatiotemporal multi‐omics map of peach fruit and discovered a key candidate gene that synergistically regulates trichome development and drought tolerance through the jasmonic acid signaling pathway, providing insights into the coupling mechanism between development and stress resistance.

Râvînin Adâleti Bağlamında Buhârî’nin Kullandığı Taʿdil Istılahları

open access: yes, 2021
The strength of the Ḥadīth comes from its analysis of the narration chain and text. As can be seen in the definition of the Sahih Hadith, the muḥaddith investigated whether the chain of narration was not broken and that the narration was not suspicious ...

Teaching ethics and professionalism in rehabilitation: an empirical research on active learning with university rehabilitation students.

open access: yesLa Clinica terapeutica, 2020
Teaching ethics in university courses may benefit from different didactic approaches; nonetheless, it still seems unclear whether ethics teaching can be best offered in stand-alone courses or integrated into other courses, or perhaps both.We describe the experience derived from a structured teaching activity in the field of medical ethics, conducted ...
