ABSTRACT This study investigates control strategies for large‐scale floating offshore wind turbines using the semi‐submersible IEA 15‐MW turbine as a benchmark. A gain‐scheduled PI (GSPI) controller is firstly established as the baseline for collective pitch control (CPC).

ABSTRACT Designing safe control laws for nonlinear systems is challenging, especially when ensuring stability under actuator saturation and state constraints. A key aspect is embedding controllers with a Region of Attraction (ROA), which defines initial conditions guaranteeing convergence to a stable equilibrium point (EP).

New oscillation criteria of special type second-order non-linear dynamic equations on time scales
By the Riccati transformation technique, we study some new oscillatory properties for the second-order dynamic equation on an arbitrary time scale $$\mathbb {T}.$$ T. We also establish the Kamenev-type and Philos-type oscillation criteria. At the end, we

Oscillation Criteria of Third-Order Nonlinear Damped Dynamic Equations on Time Scales
We establish oscillation criteria of third-order nonlinear damped dynamic equations on time scales of the form r1tr2txΔtγΔΔ+ft, xt,xσt, xgt, xΔt=0 by employing functions in some function classes and the generalized Riccati transformation.

Probing Strong Coupling in Core–Shell Nanoparticles With Fast Electron Beams
An exact analytic formalism for evaluating electron‐energy loss and cathodoluminescence probabilities for core–shell nanoparticles explored by electron‐beam spectroscopies is derived. The formalism is exploited to understand strong exciton–plasmon and exciton–Mie mode coupling in nanophotonic architectures.

Oscillation criteria for even-order nonlinear neutral difference equations with continuous variables
In this article, we study the oscillatory behavior of solutions to even-order nonlinear neutral difference equations of the form $$ \Delta^m_\tau( x(t)-px(t-r))+f(t,x(g(t)))=0.
