Interference of ATP‐Binding Cassette Transporter by Functional Nano‐Delivery System for High Efficiency Management of Insecticide‐Resistant Nilaparvata lugens

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A ZIF‐90 nanocarrier delivers dinotefuran and suppresses NlABCG3 and NlABCH1 in resistant Nilaparvata lugens. This system combines pH/ATP‐triggered release with enhanced foliar retention, improving efficacy while sparing honeybees and promoting rice growth, offering a promising resistance‐breaking strategy.

Spatiotemporally Matched Nitrogen Release from a Double Core-Shell Urea Improves Rice Growth

open access: yesAgronomy
Photosynthetic efficiency and dry matter accumulation are essential for achieving high rice yields, yet conventional controlled-release fertilizers often fail to synchronize nitrogen (N) supply with crop demand. In this study, we evaluated a novel double

The Landscape of Long Non‐Coding RNAs Provides Insights Into the Domestication and Improvement of Pear Fruit

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that long non‐coding RNAs represent important regulatory components underlying pear domestication and improvement. Integrative multi‐omics analyses identify selected lncRNAs associated with fruit traits, while functional validation uncovers a lignin‐related lncRNA, lncRNA‐pys, that promotes lignin accumulation.
