Вміст неорганічних елементів у зерні рису залежно від способів зрошення

open access: yesPlant Varieties Studying and Protection, 2019
Мета. Дослідити вміст важких металів у зерні різних сортів рису за різних умов поливу. Оцінити вміст основних мікроелементів – компонентів редокс-систем рослин у зерні рису для біофортифікації та інгібування накопичення важких металів.  Методи.

Deletions linked to PROG1 gene participate in plant architecture domestication in Asian and African rice

open access: yesNature Communications, 2018
Improving the yield by modifying plant architecture was a key step during crop domestication. Here, we show that a 110-kb deletion on the short arm of chromosome 7 in Asian cultivated rice (Oryza sativa), which is closely linked to the previously ...

Longitudinal, Multimodal Tracking Reveals Lasting Neurovascular Impact of Individual Microinfarcts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Jin et al. investigate the neurovascular impact of microinfarcts, revealing transient neural suppression with minimal cell death and recovery linked to vascular remodeling. Fast‐spiking interneurons exhibit reduced excitability, whereas regular‐spiking neurons showed increased bursting activity. Disruptions in low‐gamma phase locking suggest persistent

Modulation of plant architecture by the miR156f–OsSPL7–OsGH3.8 pathway in rice

open access: yesJournal of Experimental Botany, 2018
miR156f modulates rice plant architecture by direct binding to the OsGH3.8 promoter through its target OsSPL7, to allow crosstalk with the auxin signaling pathway.

Ethylene‐Activated E3 Ubiquitin Ligase MdEAEL1 Promotes Apple Fruit Softening by Facilitating the Dissociation of Transcriptional Repressor Complexes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Ethylene‐activated MdEAEL1 mediates the disassembly of the MdZFP3‐MdTPL4‐MdHDA19 transcriptional repression complex, upregulating the histone acetylation levels in the promoter regions of cell wall degradation‐related genes, consequently promoting softening during storage.

Genome-Wide Binding Analysis of the Transcription Activator IDEAL PLANT ARCHITECTURE1 Reveals a Complex Network Regulating Rice Plant Architecture[W]

open access: yesThe Plant Cell, 2013
This work shows that the key rice architecture regulator IPA1 binds to promoters of target genes directly or indirectly at a different motif by interacting with PCF1 and PCF2. Expression profiling and further characterization of these target genes reveal

Transition Metal Slab Gliding: One Key Process for Activating Anionic Redox Reaction in P2‐Type Transition Metal Oxide Cathodes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Transition metal (TM) slab gliding is a key process for activating anionic redox reaction in P‐type layered oxide materials. Disordered TM layer weakens interlayer interactions and facilitates TM slab gliding. The resulting O‐type layer promotes reversible TM migration, provides the necessary Na–O–□TM configuration, and activates anionic redox reaction.

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Confers Tolerance to Various Abiotic Stresses and Modulates Plant Response to Phytohormones through Osmoprotection and Gene Expression Regulation in Rice

open access: yesFrontiers in Plant Science, 2017
Being sessile in nature, plants have to withstand various adverse environmental stress conditions including both biotic and abiotic stresses. Comparatively, abiotic stresses such as drought, salinity, high temperature, and cold pose major threat to ...
