Revisiting PSF models: Unifying framework and high‐performance implementation
Abstract Localisation microscopy often relies on detailed models of point‐spread functions. For applications such as deconvolution or PSF engineering, accurate models for light propagation in imaging systems with a high numerical aperture are required. Different models have been proposed based on 2D Fourier transforms or 1D Bessel integrals.

ABSTRACT The common practice in cointegrating polynomial regressions (CPRs) often confines nonlinearities in the variable of interest to stochastic trends, thereby overlooking the possibility that they may be caused by deterministic components. As an extension, we propose univariate and multivariate CPRs that incorporate power law deterministic trends.

Quasi‐Fuchsian flows and the coupled vortex equations
Abstract We provide an alternative construction of the quasi‐Fuchsian flows introduced by Ghys. Our approach is based on the coupled vortex equations that allows to see these flows as thermostats on the unit tangent bundle of the Blaschke metric, uniquely determined by a conformal class and a holomorphic quadratic differential.

Abstract Number theory for positive characteristic contains analogues of the special values that were introduced by Carlitz; these include the Carlitz gamma values and Carlitz zeta values. These values were further developed to the arithmetic gamma values and multiple zeta values by Goss and Thakur, respectively.

On moments of the derivative of CUE characteristic polynomials and the Riemann zeta function
Abstract We study the derivative of the characteristic polynomial of N×N$N \times N$ Haar‐distributed unitary matrices. We obtain new explicit formulae for complex‐valued moments when the spectral variable is inside the unit disc, in the limit N→∞$N \rightarrow \infty$.
