Diagnosis of right bundle branch block: a concordance study [PDF]
Right bundle branch block is one of the most common electrocardiographic abnormalities. Most cases of right bundle branch block are detected in asymptomatic patients in primary care, so a correct interpretation of electrocardiograms (ECGs) at this level is necessary.

Right Bundle Branch Block or Something Else? [PDF]
Case A 28-year-old male patient with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus was found lethargic on the garage floor. At the hospital, he was unresponsive to verbal stimuli, his breath sounds were coarse, and his heart sounds were irregular. Left bundle branch pacing in patients with right bundle branch block [PDF]
Abstract Background The paced morphology of right bundle branch block (RBBB) pattern is one of the parameters which can be used to confirm the left bundle branch capture during left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) implantation. However, changes of paced morphology after LBBP performed in patients with RBBB have not been well discussed. Objective To compare

The Spatial Vectorcardiogram in Right Bundle Branch Block [PDF]
The spatial vectorcardiograms of 24 subjects with electrocardiographic evidence of right bundle branch block are described. Correlation of the vectorcardiographic patterns observed, with clinical and roentgenologic data, suggests that the recognition of ventricular hypertrophy in the presence of such a conduction defect may be improved by this method ...

Right Bundle Branch Block: Current Considerations
RBBB, a pattern seen on the 12-lead ECG, results when normal electrical activity in the His-Purkinje system is interrupted for some reason. The normal sequence of activation is altered in RBBB, with a resultant characteristic appearance on the ECG manifest by a widened QRS complex and changes in the directional vectors of the R and S waves.

Revisiting the significance of right bundle branch block [PDF]

This report describes the clinical and electrocardiographic features in 30 cases of complete right bundle branch block associated with a block of the anterior fascicle of the left bundle branch, 7 of which also featured a block of the posterior fascicle of the left bundle branch (trifascicular block). The majority of the patients suffered from coronary
