Rigid Bronchoscopy

Seminars in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, 2018
AbstractRigid bronchoscopy is one of the oldest medical techniques used in the respiratory and thoracic fields. Even though its use declined after the development of flexible bronchoscopy, it has again gained importance with the growth of interventional pulmonology, becoming a critical technique taught as part of the training in this subspecialty.

The Rigidity of Prices [PDF]

open access: possibleAmerican Economic Review, 1986
This paper presents evidence on the amount of price rigidity that exists in individual transaction prices. Rigid Flatfoot

Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research, 1977
The proper management of the rigid flat-foot requires an accurate diagnosis since the condition is treated on causal or rational basis. Calcaneonavicular coalition best seen on an oblique view of the foot may be treated by resection of the coalition with extensor digitorum brevis interposition. If the diagnosis is made sufficiently early, the resection

RIGID BRONCHOSCOPY

Chest Surgery Clinics of North America, 1996
Rigid bronchoscopy is indicated for the presence of significant bleeding, a foreign body, or in pediatric patients. A thorough knowledge of endobronchial anatomy and expertise with rigid bronchoscopy is a necessity for the practicing general thoracic surgeon.

Rigidity and triviality

Synthese, 2017
Though it is often claimed that some general terms are rigid designators, it has turned out to be difficult to give a satisfying definition that (1) avoids making all general terms rigid (the overgeneralization problem), and (2) even if a non-rigid reading is available, makes that non-rigid reading matter (the trivialization problem).

Rigid and Non-Rigid Forms

Process Studies, 2007
Abstract Eternal objects are rigid, being invariant in all their appearances in the world, as well as in the becoming of actual entities. This rigidity within concrescence generates several difficulties, and so I propose that forms within concrescence, both divine and finite, be modifiable. Thus there can be a formation of form.
