Abstract Meniscal allograft transplant (MAT) is gaining popularity for treating meniscus deficiency. Various MAT techniques are described. Bony techniques such as bone plugs and bone slot techniques are considerably more technically challenging but show better reduction of extrusion than all‐soft‐tissue technique.

Abstract The labral suture is essential in the arthroscopic treatment of hip acetabular labral injuries and maintains its suction sealing effect. The traditional single‐strand loop fixation, with its loop around the labrum tissue, may cause labral eversion and disrupt the sealing effect.

Abstract Radial tears of the lateral meniscus have limited healing potential and unfavorable biomechanics, and current suture constructs that use capsular rip‐stop stitches may increase meniscal extrusion and constrain native motion. This technical note describes an all‐inside, crossed, meniscus‐based repair for complete or near‐complete radial tears ...

Abstract Patellofemoral cartilage lesions are uniquely challenging to treat due to high joint contact pressures, complex tracking mechanics, and limited intrinsic healing potential. Conventional methods such as debridement, microfracture, or staged autologous chondrocyte implantation may disrupt the calcified cartilage layer, violate the subchondral ...

Abstract An oversized graft in lateral meniscal allograft transplantation can lead to graft extrusion, folding, and increased contact stress, adversely affecting surgical outcomes. To address this challenge, this article describes an anterior horn pull‐in tunnel technique applicable to the bone plug fixation method.
