Efficient Algorithms for gcd and Cubic Residuosity in the Ring of Eisenstein Integers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
We present simple and efficient algorithms for computing gcd and cubic residuosity in the ring of Eisenstein integers, Z[zeta] , i.e. the integers extended with zeta , a complex primitive third root of unity.

Approximate polynomial GCD over integers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Symbolic numeric algorithms for polynomials are very important, especially for practical computations since we have to operate with empirical polynomials having numerical errors on their coefficients.

Machine‐Learning‐Enhanced Printed Vertical Magnetoresistive Sensors for Transparent, Flexible, Multimodal Interactive Magnetoelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents printed magnetoresistive sensors with a vertically aligned architecture that enables high optical transparency and mechanical flexibility. By integrating deep learning for the analysis of complex spatiotemporal signal patterns, the system further achieves intelligent multimodal interaction capabilities.

SPADE: A Deep Learning Framework for Spatial Mapping and Quantitative Cell–Cell Interaction Inference

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SPADE integrates spatial transcriptomics with single‐cell RNA sequencing by using cell–cell communications (CCC) as a guide for spatial mapping. It improves cell‐type localization, enhances sparse gene‐expression signals, and reveals CCC programs at single‐spot resolution.

CauFinder: Steering Cell‐State and Phenotype Transitions by Causal Disentanglement Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CauFinder combines causal disentanglement modeling and network control to prioritize causal drivers of cell‐state transitions from observational transcriptomic data. The framework separates transition‐relevant signals from spurious associations, nominates intervention targets across biological and disease contexts, and identifies DAAM1 as an actionable

Causal‐Guided Ultra‐Long‐Term Time Series Forecasting Via Anticipated Covariates

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Often treated as unknown, information from the future remains underutilized. We demonstrate that in a coupled dynamical system, providing the future state of the effect enables accurate forecasting of the cause for a long timesteps. A time series forecasting paradigm that introduces anticipated covariates to represent such known future states is ...

Unique Prime Factorization of Ideals in the Ring of Algebraic Integers of an Imaginary Quadratic Number Field [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
The ring of integers is a very interesting ring, it has the amazing property that each of its elements may be expressed uniquely, up to order, as a product of prime elements. Unfortunately, not every ring possesses this property for its elements.

Exact Discrete Stochastic Simulation With Deep‐Learning‐Scale Gradient Optimization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A 203,796‐parameter gene regulatory network classifies handwritten digits with 98.4% accuracy using exact stochastic dynamics. The framework decouples forward simulation from backward differentiation, making continuous‐time Markov chain models compatible with deep‐learning optimization.

On a proof of undecidability of the ring of algebraic integers (Model theoretic aspects of the notion of independence and dimension) [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Let K be an algebraic extension of the rationals and A be the ring of algebraic integers of K. As to the method of proving undecidability of the ring A, it seems that the only one method has been known, which is due to Julia Robinson, especially for ...

High‐Performance Transparent Solid Polymer Electrolyte Based on Copolymer of Deep Eutectic Electrolyte and Methyl Methacrylate for Electrochemical Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A copolymerization strategy using a polymerizable deep eutectic electrolyte with MMA forms efficient ion‐transport pathways while maintaining excellent transparency. The solid polymer electrolyte simultaneously achieves 17.8 MPa mechanical strength and 1.43 mS cm−1 ionic conductivity, enhancing long‐term cycling stability in Li|LFP batteries and ...
