Polymorph‐Specific Electronic Transduction in WO3 during Molecular Sensing
Metal‐oxide polymorphs with similar surface chemistry can nevertheless exhibit distinct sensing properties. In γ‐ and ε‐WO3, analyte adsorption appears comparable; yet, only ε‐WO3 induces a pronounced lattice electronic perturbation that accommodates charge in sub‐conduction band minimum states.

Designing a Ring-VCO for RFID Transponders in 0.18 μm CMOS Process
In radio frequency identification (RFID) systems, performance degradation of phase locked loops (PLLs) mainly occurs due to high phase noise of voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs). This paper proposes a low power, low phase noise ring-VCO developed for

Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) using MgO tunnel barriers face challenges of high resistance‐area product and low tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR). To discover alternative materials, Literature Enhanced Ab initio Discovery (LEAD) is developed. The LEAD‐predicted materials are theoretically evaluated, showing that MTJs with dusting of ScN or TiN on ...

Quantum Propagator Derivation for the Ring of Four Harmonically Coupled Oscillators
The ring model of the coupled oscillator has enormously studied from the perspective of quantum mechanics. The research efforts on this system contribute to fully grasp the concepts of energy transport, dissipation, among others, in mesoscopic and ...

Isochronal synchrony and bidirectional communication with delay-coupled nonlinear oscillators
We propose a basic mechanism for isochronal synchrony and communication with mutually delay-coupled chaotic systems. We show that two Ikeda ring oscillators (IROs), mutually coupled with a propagation delay, synchronize isochronally when both are ...

Interferometric second‐harmonic generation (SHG) imaging reveals the ubiquitous formation of antiparallel domains in CVD‐grown 2D hexagonal boron nitride. By resolving lattice orientation and SHG phase, hidden domain structures and disorder become visible over large areas. The SHG intensity quantitatively tracks crystalline quality across growth routes,

A Novel Dual-Band Six-Phase Voltage-Control Oscillator
The paper presents a novel dual-band six-phase voltage-control oscillator. The voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with a single-ended delay cell architecture has a lower power consumption, a smaller chip area, and a larger output swing than one with a ...
