NIL-REFLEXIVE RINGS [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
WOS: 000407338700003In this paper, we deal with a new approach to reflexive property for rings by using nilpotent elements, in this direction we introduce nil-reflexive rings.

A Practical Noise2Noise Denoising Pipeline for High‐Throughput Raman Spectroscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A lightweight and reproducible denoising pipeline for high‐throughput Raman spectroscopy is introduced, based on a 1D convolutional autoencoder trained with a Noise2Noise strategy. Using only repeated short‐exposure acquisitions, the method suppresses stochastic noise without reference spectra, enabling reliable spectral reconstruction while preserving

Idempotent Ideals and Noetherian Polynomial Rings [PDF]

open access: yes, 1982
If R is a commutative Noetherian ring and I is a nonzero ideal of R, it is known that R+I[x] is a Noetherian ring exactly when I is idempotent, and so, when R is a domain, I = R and R has identity.

Microstructure Modification of Additively Manufactured Mo–9Si–8B by Annealing and Its Effects on High‐Temperature Mechanical Properties

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Postbuild annealing systematically modifies the phase fractions and morphology of EB‐PBF processed Mo–9Si–8B. Quantitative microstructure–property correlations reveal how controlled phase evolution enhances high‐temperature compressive strength and creep resistance.

Cleanness of overrings of polynomial rings [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
Let R be a commutative ring with identity. R is called clean (respectively, almost clean) if every element in R is a sum of an idempotent and a unit (respectively, a regular element). In this paper, we clarify conditions under which the two overrings R(x)

Oxygen‐Tunnel Indium Tin Oxide Vertical Channel Transistors with Enhanced Current Density and Reliability for Monolithic 3D Compute‐In‐Memory Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Fully *-prime rings with involution [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Some known results on fully prime rings and almost fully prime rings are extended to the category of rings with involution. In particular, various properties of fully *-prime involution rings are presented, a classification of fully *-prime involution

Polarization‐Dependent Synaptic‐Like Electro‐Optical Response in Ferroelectric Nematic Liquid Crystals

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Ferroelectric nematic liquid crystals (FNLCs) offer fast, tunable polarization and low‐voltage operation but suffer from poor polarization retention at zero field. Semiconductor‐modified FNLCs enhance polarization retention and exhibit short‐ and long‐term electro‐optical responses, while also supporting spike‐type signal integrations.

Intelligent Orthopedics: Machine Learning in Diagnosis of Bone Disease, Implants, and Bone Health Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Efficient recovery from traumatic or degenerative diseases is a great challenge, even after all the advancements in bone and cartilage regeneration. Machine learning (ML) algorithms have presented opportunities to enhance these aspects by accurately analyzing imaging data.

Varieties of rings with definable principal congruences [PDF]

open access: yes, 1983
A variety V \mathcal {V} of rings has definable principal congruences (DPC) if there is a first order sentence defining principal two-sided ideals for all rings in V \mathcal {V} . The key result
