Advanced Science, EarlyView.Magnetomechanical neuromodulation using magnetic nanodiscs enables remote activation of neurons. In a hemiparkinsonian mouse model, alternating magnetic fields actuate the nanodiscs to generate torque that opens mechanosensitive ion channels within the subthalamic nucleus, thereby modulating basal ganglia motor circuitry.

This model illustrates two central mechanisms by which SLC44A2 regulates pDC homeostasis: (1) SLC44A2 limits IFN‐I production by exporting amino acids (T, N, Q), thereby preventing spontaneous pDC activation.

Enhanced Ionic Conductivity at the Solid Electrolyte Interphase of Oxygen‐Doped Li6PS5Cl
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Machine‐learned molecular dynamics and machine‐learning‐based phase identification reveal the kinetically formed SEI at buried Li | Li6PS5Cl interfaces. The SEI is dominated by Li2S‐based anion‐substituted phases, while oxygen doping enhances SEI ionic conductivity.
