LGR6 overexpression ameliorates cardiac hypertrophy by regulating metabolic reprogramming through USP4‐PPARα pathway. Abstract Metabolic reprogramming is a pivotal mechanism in the pathogenesis of pathological cardiac hypertrophy. Leucine‐rich repeat‐containing G protein‐coupled receptor 6 (Lgr6) has emerged as a significant player in cardiovascular ...

This study reveals that cytoplasmic PABPN1 is essential for mouse oocyte meiotic maturation by coordinating polyadenylation, translation, and degradation of maternal mRNAs. Pabpn1 knockout disrupts CDK1 activation, spindle formation, and chromosome alignment by impairing maturation‐promoting factor (MPF) regulation and BTG4‐mediated deadenylation ...

Nanopriming enhances plant resilience to environmental challenges; however, its effectiveness across diverse genetic backgrounds, including genetic modifications and natural variations, remains uncertain. These findings demonstrate that nanopriming improves efficacy when natural genetic variations are considered, particularly in genetically modified ...

A Phase‐Separated SR Protein Reprograms Host Pre‐mRNA Splicing to Enhance Disease Susceptibility
This study identifies SR30, a splicing factor, as a negative regulator of tomato immunity. During Phytophthora infestans infection, the elevated SR30 forms nuclear condensates to suppress the alternative splicing (AS) of defense‐related genes in a phase separation manner.

Synthetic gene circuits regulated by bezafibrate are developed to express tumor antigens and PD‐L1 nanobody (PD‐L1nb), enhancing cancer immunotherapy. Delivered via HEK293T cells, ESCs, or directly injected the plasmids containing the circuit into the tumor, the circuits reduce tumor growth, boost CD8+ T cells, and minimize T cell exhaustion.

AbstractReverse transcriptases (RTs) are multifunctional enzymes, but are mainly used as RNA‐directed DNA polymerases in first‐strand cDNA synthesis. Specifically, oligodeoxynucleotides are used as primers for extension on RNA templates. The DNA synthesized from an RNA template is referred to as complementary DNA (cDNA) and is often used as a template ...
