This study reveals the potential to manipulate spin‐valley polarization dynamics in MoSe2/WSe2 heterostructures by quantifying different scattering processes following selective photoexcitation. The results show that these heterostructures enable ultrafast valley‐selective charge transfer, with phonon scattering playing a significant role in the ...

Solvability for a drift-diffusion system with Robin boundary conditions
This paper focuses on a drift-diffusion system subjected to boundedly non dissipative Robin boundary conditions. A general existence result with large initial conditions is established by using suitable L1, L2 and trace estimates. Finally, two examples coming from the corrosion and the self-gravitation model are analyzed.

NUV/Blue and NIR emitting mechanoluminescent (ML) materials based on a Bi‐doped germanate compound (NYGOBx) are reported. 3D‐printing is used to fabricate complex scaffold devices from this material, suggested for use as mechanically‐activated light sources for functional illumination.

Concentrating solutions of the Liouville equation with Robin boundary condition
AbstractWe construct solutions of the Liouville equationΔu+ϵ2eu=0in Ω with Ω a smooth bounded domain in R2, with Robin boundary condition∂u∂ν+λu=0on ∂Ω. The solutions constructed exhibit concentration as ϵ→0 and simultaneously as λ→+∞, at points that get close to the boundary, and shows that in general the set of solutions of this problems exhibits a ...

Electro‐Thermal Response of Thin Film Heaters Based on Embedded Periodic Metallic Mesh
“This study systematically investigates the effect of periodic metallic mesh topology on electrical and electro‐thermal behaviours of thin thermal heaters. The derived closed‐form expressions capture the dependence of sheet resistance on design parameters, providing a crucial tool for rapidly exploring a vast design space and accelerating design and ...

Robin boundary condition on scale irregular fractals
We consider mixed Dirichlet-Robin problems on scale irregular domains. In particular, we study the asymptotic convergence of the solutions of elliptic problems with Robin boundary conditions on the "prefractal" curves approximating the scale irregular fractals.

Hydrophobin‐Coated Echogenic Microbubbles for Molecular Targeting of Tumor Cells
Echogenic microbubbles based on hydrophobin and corresponding fusion protein (HFBI‐domZ) are developed as contrast agents for cancer diagnostics. Hydrophobin provides high stabilization of encapsulated perfluoro‐n‐butane, and fusion proteins allow further versatile functionalization with antibodies. In‐vitro experiments indicate that these microbubbles

Altered Brain‐Behavior Association During Resting State is a Potential Psychosis Risk Marker
The study detects a potential multimodal biomarker that can be promising for identifying early markers of psychosis. It shows a consistent brain‐behavior association between a circuit of interconnected regions and executive function in neurotypical controls and individuals at various stages of psychosis.

Utilizing a stereotaxic injection mouse model and a novel mathematical approach, this study uncovers key subnetworks that drive pathological α‐synuclein (α‐Syn) progression in Parkinson's disease (PD). Remarkably, just 2% of the strongest connections in the connectome are sufficient to predict its spread.

This study defines the structure, mechanics, and mechanobiology of the fibrocartilage pericellular matrix (PCM) using the murine meniscus, showing how collagen V deficiency alters PCM properties and disrupts cell mechanosensitive signaling. Findings emphasize the critical role of PCM in fibrocartilage mechanobiology and suggest targeting it can enhance
