In this article we consider the Robin-Cauchy problem for multidimensional elliptic equations in a cylindrical domain. The method of spectral expansion in eigenfunctions of the Robin-Cauchy problem for equations with deviating argument establishes a ...

Stacking Pressure‐Driven Interfacial Dynamics in Anode‐Free Solid‐State Lithium Batteries
Using a three‐electrode setup, it is found that stacking pressure improves both anode and cathode interfaces but more effectively stabilizes the anode. Under low pressure, a sudden anode resistance rise indicates contact loss. Higher pressure delays this via Li creep and plastic deformation, maintaining interfacial contact.

A degenerating Robin-type traction problem in a periodic domain
We consider a linearly elastic material with a periodic set of voids. On the boundaries of the voids we set a Robin-type traction condition. Then, we investigate the asymptotic behavior of the displacement solution as the Robin condition turns into a ...

An Improved Robin-Robin Coupling Method for Parabolic-Parabolic Interface Problems
We consider a loosely coupled, non-iterative Robin-Robin coupling method proposed and analyzed in [Numer. Algorithms, 99:921-948, 2025] for a parabolic-parabolic interface problem. We modify the first step of the scheme so that several error difference quantities remain higher order convergence without requiring additional assumptions.

On the eigenvalues of a Robin problem with a large parameter [PDF]
Summary: We consider the Robin eigenvalue problem \(\Delta u+\lambda u=0\) in \(\Omega \), \({\partial u}/{\partial \nu}+\alpha u=0\) on \(\partial \Omega \) where \(\Omega \subset \mathbb R^n\), \(n \geqslant 2\) is a bounded domain and \(\alpha \) is a real parameter.

On the Robin problem in fractal domains [PDF]
We study the solution to the Robin boundary problem for the Laplacian in a Euclidean domain. We present some families of fractal domains where the infimum of the solution is greater than 0, and some other families of domains were it is equal to 0. We also give a new result on `trap domains', i.e., domains where reflecting Brownian motion takes a long ...

In this paper, we first establish the Talenti comparison principle for anisotropic p-Laplacian equation with Robin boundary conditions. This achievement not only extends classical Talenti comparison result for Laplacian equation with Robin boundary ...

A Large Scale Multi‐Modal Workflow for Battery Characterization: From Concept to Implementation
Isolated characterization techniques produce independent datasets and single‐property insights. However, progressively more holistic interpretations of battery‐material behavior is needed in the future. Here we demonstrate a coordinated multimodal workflow enabling the correlation of heterogeneous datasets and the construction of multidimensional ...

Existence results of nonlocal Robin mixed Hahn and q-difference boundary value problems
In this paper, we aim to study a nonlocal Robin boundary value problem for fractional sequential fractional Hahn-q-equation. The existence and uniqueness results for this problem are revealed by using the Banach fixed point theorem.
