1. 갑상샘 내시경수술의 시작 갑상샘암은 우리나라에서 가장 많이 발생하는 암 중에 하 나이다. 특히 여성에게 많이 발생하는 암으로 알려져 있으 며 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 예후가 매우 좋으므로 초기암 의 경우에는 경과관찰을 하기도 하지만 아직까지 가장 확실 한 치료방법은 수술적 절제이다. 일반적인 갑상샘암 수술방 법은 쇄골과 흉골 상부에 약 5 cm 정도의 절개를 하고 갑상 샘의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 엽을 제거하는 것이다.
