Through tuning biomimetic scaffold stiffness and matrix composition the reparative capacity of astrocyte progenitors is enhanced. Soft, collagen‐IV/fibronectin‐functionalized scaffolds promote progenitor growth while improving angiogenic, immunomodulatory, and neurotrophic capacity in a stiffness and matrix‐dependent manner, demonstrating the impact of

Leucine aminopeptidase1 controls egg deposition and hatchability in male Aedes aegypti mosquitoes
Aedes aegypti are vectors for several arboviruses infecting hundreds of millions of people annually. Controlling mosquito populations by regulating their reproduction is a potential strategy to minimize viral transmission in the absence of effective ...

Safety Evaluation of Repeated Application of Polymeric Microarray Patches in Miniature Pigs
This study demonstrates the safety of repeated application of three types of microarray patches (MAPs), hydrogelforming, dissolving, and implantable, over four weeks in miniature pigs. No adverse skin or systemic effects were observed, supporting the clinical potential of MAPs as safe and effective drug delivery platforms.

Convergence drawing is used to create flexible, microscale, multifunctional fiber‐based neural probes. Optimized materials selection enables individual devices to perform neural recording, electrical stimulation, optogenetics, fiber photometry, fluid delivery, and voltammetric neurotransmitter detection in rodents.

In this study, we examined how urine-borne volatile compounds (UVCs) and darcin of male mice are inherited from parents and interact to modulate the olfactory preferences of females using two inbred strains of mice, C57Bl/6 (C57) and BALB/c (BALB), and ...
