Field‐Programmed Anisotropy in Magneto‐Piezoelectric Composites for Material‐Encoded Mechanoperception

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Field‐programmed anisotropy imparts material‐level intelligence to soft composites. Magnetic torque dynamics drive magneto‐piezoelectric nanowires from random dispersion into deterministic axial alignment. The resulting hierarchical percolation networks confine electromechanical coupling to specific axes and intrinsically decouple superposed force ...

EFFECT OF ROLL BENDING FORCE ON HOT ROLLING FORMING OF Q345R/316L STAINLESS STEEL CLAD PLATE

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2019
Aimed at the presetting problems of the roll bending force during vacuum hot rolling of Q345 R/316 L stainless steel clad plates, a three dimensional thermo-mechanical finite element model of rolling for stainless steel clad plates was proposed by using ...

1‐D Collocated Dual‐Gradient Sensory Fibers for Comprehensive Sensing and Decoding of Complex Human Motion and Physiology

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Coupled materials design enables a monolithic fiber that integrates complementary sensing regimes into a single wearable strand. By preserving informative signal features across subtle physiological deformation, large body motion, and mixed mechanical inputs, the dual‐gradient architecture generates synchronized, less redundant outputs that improve ...

Study on stress distribution in strip rolling : rolling pressure and stresses at the upper stream side of roll gap

open access: yesStudy on stress distribution in strip rolling : rolling pressure and stresses at the upper stream side of roll gap
An analysis for elastic deformation of rolls during rolling in four high mill is presented, in which the deformation of rolls is divided into three components ; deflection of backup roll, deflection of work roll on an elastic foundation and flattening of work roll surface.

Fatigue Strength Analysis of Anti-roll Torsion Bar Based on the FKM Guideline

open access: yes机车电传动, 2016
The main content of FKM guideline for assessing the fatigue strength was introduced, and the fatigue strength of anti-roll torsion bar was assessed by referencing FKM local stress approach, which was compared with Fe-safe. The result showed that: both of

Mechanically Assisted Magnetic Actuation in Ceramic‐Based Microscrolls for Fast and Durable Soft Robotic Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Ceramic‐based V2O5/Fe3O4 hybrid films are shaped into butterfly‐proboscis‐inspired microscroll actuators. Magnetic triggering initiates unrolling, while geometry‐programmed elastic strain energy drives rapid recoil, enabling fast, reversible, durable, and load‐bearing actuation under near‐field magnetic stimulation.
