In this work, we present a bile‐based memristor hardware framework that enables direct, label‐free identification of cholelithiasis and gallbladder cancer at the device level. The Ag/bile/FTO memristor features stable resistive switching and disease‐specific electrical responses, providing a conceptual foundation for circuits and an integrated ERCP ...

Coexisting DCIS and IDC samples are profiled using spatial transcriptomics, single‐cell RNA sequencing, and single‐cell DNA sequencing. Integrative multi‐omics analysis reveals distinct malignant epithelial and microenvironmental features between DCIS and IDC, which are further validated using Xenium and multiplex immunohistochemistry.

Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 1 activity is a dynamic marker of treatment response in estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. Patient cohorts reveal CDK1 activity increases during progression to invasive disease, where high expression correlates with poor survival. Using a novel Cdk1 biosensor mouse alongside in vitro models, we demonstrate that CDK1

CANAL CONFIGURATION IN THE ROOTS OF MAXILLARY SECOND PREMOLAR: A CLINICAL STUDY
Modified access cavity preparation and X ray- interpretation were used clinically to find out the additional canals in the root of maxillary second premolars. In 85% of the case two canals were located and treated, of these 30% had two separate apical foramen and 50.66% had two canal, joined at the apical third in 5% of the cases, two roots with two ...

This study identifies the glucose/glutamine sensitive lncRNA GSLR as a driver of lung adenocarcinoma progression. Nutrient restriction reduces chromatin accessibility at the GSLR locus and blocks CTCF‐mediated transcriptional regulation. GSLR directly interacts with DHX9 and recruits it to the CKB promoter, arresting R‐loop accumulation and promoting ...
