Uniaxial Strain‐Driven Ferroelastic Domain Tuning in LaAlO3${\rm LaAlO}_3$

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The present work demonstrates based on AFM, μ$\umu$‐Raman spectroscopy, XRD, and first‐principles, that uniaxial strain provides a handle for tuning the ferroelastic domain populations in lanthanum aluminate, driving a continuous and controlled phase transition from a four‐variant rhombohedral crystal system to a two‐variant orthorhombic crystal system

A ROS‐Responsive and Mucoadhesive Thermosensitive Hydrogel Encapsulated with Mizoribine for Synergistic Dry Eye Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The ROS‐responsive in situ thermosensitive MZR@SPPP hydrogel system enables dual‐stage drug loading and sustained ocular delivery. Upon administration, it gelates at ocular surface temperature, enhancing ocular adhesion. By scavenging free radicals, restoring NRF2‐mediated antioxidant defense and mitochondrial homeostasis, and suppressing inflammatory ...

Study of root canals and their configuration in maxillary second permanent molar.

open access: yesIndian journal of dental research : official publication of Indian Society for Dental Research, 1998
The present in-vitro study was undertaken to know root canals and their configuration (type, curvature, number of apical foramen etc) in maxillary second permanent molar. Separately, fifty teeth by radiographic method and by decalcification method were studied.

Suppressing Photothermal Artifacts in Flexible Fluorescent Fiber‐Optic Sensors for Accurate and Precise In Situ Temperature Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A partial‐inner‐cladding optical fiber (PICOF) is developed to suppress photothermal artifacts in fluorescent fiber‐optic thermometry by isolating the sensing layer from regions prone to photothermal effects. This structural design strategy enables high‐fidelity operation at elevated excitation power, achieving high accuracy (maximum absolute error ...

FAK Mediated Coordination of Extracellular Matrix Remodeling and Cellular Mechanics Impairs Nanomedicine Delivery in Solid Tumors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
FAK orchestrates a mechanical barrier limiting nanomedicine accumulation in solid tumors by coupling ECM remodeling with cytoskeletal tension. Genetic or pharmacological FAK inhibition dismantles this barrier, enhances clathrin‐mediated uptake and penetration, and overcomes delivery limitations to improve antitumor efficacy.

NCLX Inhibition plus Ca2+ Delivery Potentiates Electroporation and Antitumor Immunity in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Electroporation combined with NCLX inhibition and Ca2+ delivery induces mitochondrial Ca2+ overload in PDAC cells, triggering pyroptosis, DAMP release, and antitumor immune activation. Simultaneously, suppression of tumor‐derived SPP1 weakens SPP1–CD44 signaling and remodels macrophages toward an antitumor phenotype, thereby enhancing CD8+ T‐cell ...

Acinar‐Derived Organoids Reveal Stage‐Specific Control of Acinar Plasticity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An acinar‐derived organoid system maintains adult pancreatic acinar identity ex vivo, converts it along an ordered acinar‐to‐ductal‐like trajectory, and then partially restores it. Each transition carries its own signal requirement, with EGF/EGFR initiating conversion and a staged glucocorticoid–IGF1R switch driving redifferentiation.

CaMKIIδ Phosphorylates AUP1 to Promote Pancreatic Tissue Repair and Acinar‐to‐Ductal Metaplasia Formation via Mediating PERK‐Dependent Unfolded Protein Responses

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
CaMKIIδ–AUP1 signaling maintains PERK‐dependent ER homeostasis during ADM‐mediated pancreatic repair. ABSTRACT Pancreatic repair after acute pancreatitis (AP) is essential for restoring tissue integrity, but the intrinsic mechanisms coordinating acinar plasticity and regeneration remain poorly understood.
