New proposal for classifying root and root canal morphology
Understanding the anatomy of roots and root canals is fundamental for successful root canal treatment and endodontic surgery. There are numerous reports on anatomical variations of teeth, and several classifications of canal configurations have been ...

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Anatomical evaluation of root apex morphology [PDF]
Introduction: The success of root canal therapy is dependent on the clinician’s knowledge of root canal morphology with goal to precisely locate all canals, properly clean, shape and obturate the canal space.

Earthworm effect on root morphology in a split root system
International audiencePlants respond to their environment through adaptations such as root proliferation in nutrient-rich patches. Through their burrows and casts production in soil, earthworms create heterogeneity which could lead to local ...

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Anterior dental loading and root morphology in Neanderthals
Distinguer les incisives et canines des Néanderthaliens de celles des hommes modernes peut représenter un défi dans le cas de dents isolées trouvées dans des collections de musée, ou provenant de contextes stratigraphiques perturbés.
