In colorectal cancer, high expression of the DNA repair protein EEPD1 correlates with immune exclusion and poor prognosis. This study demonstrates that EEPD1 depletion induces genomic instability, leading to cytosolic DNA accumulation and subsequent activation of the cGAS‐STING‐type I interferon pathway. This cascade remodels the tumor microenvironment

Segmenting root systems in X-ray computed tomography images using level sets
The segmentation of plant roots from soil and other growing media in X-ray computed tomography images is needed to effectively study the root system architecture without excavation.

A neutrophil‐membrane‐camouflaged nanoplatform (RC@NMVs) exploits tumor inflammation to target and accumulate in tumors. Intracellular Ca2+ overload is triggered via lysosomal CaP dissolution and Ru red‐mediated Ca2+ channel blockade, synergistically inducing gasdermin‐mediated pyroptosis.

Inoculation of Acacia mangium with alginate beads containing selected Bradyrhizobium strains under field conditions : long-term effect on plant growth and persistence of the introduced strains in soil [PDF]
Les essais d'innoculation faits avec 4 souches différentes de Bradyrhizobium ont un effet positif sur la croissance de Acacia mangium dont la provenance est aussi hautement significative. A long terme la souche Aust 13c a toujours un effet positif.

The FAK‐STAT3‐NNMT axis drives anoikis resistance in circulating tumor cells by reprogramming fatty acid oxidation. Targeting this metabolic vulnerability suppresses metastasis, untangling a key mechanism of breast cancer progression and revealing NNMT as a promising therapeutic target.

Experiments were made on morphogenesis of the root nodule of Crotalaria juncea. After the rhizobial invasion had occurred, the characteristic initial infected cells were formed in the first cortical layer adjacent to the root hair cells (Fig. 1-4). Those cells seem to become the places of rhizobial multiplication thereafter.

This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

This study proposes a flexible MnO2‐P‐ICG nanofiber patch for laparoscopic treatment of liver tumors. The patch alleviates tumor hypoxia and induces photodynamic therapy (PDT) triggered immunogenic cell death, thereby activating the cGAS‐STING pathway and, in synergy with pachymaran, promoting NK cell–mediated innate immunity. This synergistic strategy
