The BnTFL1‐BnJAM3‐BnSWEETs Module Orchestrates Seed Storage Reserve Accumulation in Brassica napus
Advanced Science, EarlyView.BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 form a complex that facilitates the transport of soluble sugars from the seed coat to the embryo by directly activating the expression of BnSWEETs. Furthermore, BnaC03.TFL1 and BnaA01.JAM3 work cooperatively to promote soluble sugar and oil production while suppressing protein deposition.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Amuc_1473, a previously uncharacterized protein enriched in Akkermansia muciniphila‐derived extracellular vesicles, is identified as a gut–bone messenger that promotes osteogenesis and inhibits osteoclastogenesis by engaging transcriptional and translational regulators in bone cells.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Floral meristem (FM) activity is crucial for the initiation of floral organs. In this study, SE represses IPT7 expression and cytokinin signaling via both the miR171c‐5p–KNAT2 and miR164c–CUC1/2–KNAT2 regulatory modules, thereby repressing FM activity.
