Study of the electroreduction process of indium ions from aqueous electrolyte
The work focuses on the mechanism of the electroreduction of indium ions in an aqueous electrolyte containing hydrochloric acid. The potential region for the electroreduction of indium ions on platinum (-0.3 to -1.5 V), nickel (-0.8 to -1.5 V), and Pt ...

ABSTRACT The lithium plating reaction in graphite electrodes acts as a root cause for the accelerated degradation and the internal short circuits in lithium‐ion batteries. Here, an electrochemical model based on multi‐scale microstructural images was established to identify lithium plating‐stripping processes, thereby supporting the predictive outcomes

Polymorphic Superparaelectric Engineering Boosting Energy Storage Capacity in BaTiO3‐Based Ceramics
Herein, Ca2+ incorporation promotes the coexistence of CaTiO3‐/BaTiO3‐derived paraferroelectric states, stabilizing cubic‐orthorhombic‐tetragonal polymorphic superparaelectric phases. This minimizes polarization energy barriers, facilitating full polarization saturation without compromising efficiency.

The Theory and Applications of Dual Dynamic Voltammetry with Rotating Ring−Disk Electrodes
The rotating ring‐disk electrode (RRDE) is a common example of generator‐collector assemblies made up of two electron conducting components: the ring (collector) surrounding the centrally located disk (generator). The operating principle of RRDEs is that
