Abstract Currently, surgical techniques for both‐sided partial‐thickness rotator cuff tears (PTRCTs) are rarely described, and the successful repair of both‐sided PTRCTs is challenging. Transtendon repair is a good technique for repairing PTRCTs, but the resulting trauma to the tendon is unacceptable.
