Impingement is not impingement: the case for calling it "Rotator Cuff Disease".
Historically, many causes have been proposed for rotator cuff conditions. The most prevalent theory is that the rotator cuff tendons, especially the supraspinatus, make contact with the acromion and coracoacromial ligament, resulting in pain and eventual

Decellularized Extracellular Matrix (dECM) in Tendon Regeneration: A Comprehensive Review
Decellularized Extracellular Matrix (dECM) offers a promising solution by replicating the native tendon microenvironment and promoting regeneration. This review highlights advances in the decellularization methods, as well as their integration with emerging technologies and translational progress in tendon tissue engineering.

We present our technique in managing high-grade bursal-sided rotator cuff tears. In this technique, the remaining intact cuff tissue is not sacrificed. The suture bridge technique is used to uniformly tension the torn tissue to the rotator cuff footprint.

Targeting Adipose Tissue Function Protects Against Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction
This study explores the role adipose tissue (AT) phenotypes have in determining cardiovascular outcomes in an obesity‐related heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) model. Pharmacological induction of thermogenesis promoted resilience to HFpEF‐induced remodeling of AT and conferred cardioprotection. Surgical and genetic models confirmed

Arthroscopic Patch Bridging Using Fascia Lata for Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears
We describe an arthroscopic technique for irreparable rotator cuff tears using patch bridging reconstruction with fascia lata autograft. Compared with conventional rotator cuff repair, this technique reconstitutes the rotator cuff as a dynamic structure,
