In this paper, we report on the performance of the remote procedure call implementation for the Firefly multiprocessor and analyze the implementation to account precisely for all measured latency. From the analysis and measurements, we estimate how much faster RPC could be if certain improvements were made.

Over the past twenty years high strength concrete and reactive powder concrete (RPC) have been investigated by many researchers. At present, preliminary experiments to produce RPC are in progress in Croatia. The preliminary investigation described in this paper involved testing of concrete mixtures having different concrete components.

This paper explores the complexity and performance of the XML-RPC system for remote method invocation. We developed a program that can use either XML-RPC-based network communication or a hand-rolled version of networking code based on the java.net package. We first compare our two implementations using traditional object-oriented metrics.
