Social Dimensions of Resilience in Older Adults: A Systematic Review
Aim To systematically explore the social dimensions of older adult resilience in relation to common stressors. Design A systematic review of quantitative and qualitative evidence including a narrative synthesis of quantitative results, a quantitative synthesis of resilience and social support, and a qualitative meta‐aggregation of qualitative findings.

Remodulation‐induced crosstalk mitigation in WDM‐PON using remodulation approach is presented in this paper. Utilizing all‐optical signal processing, the proposed method has been able to significantly improve system performance in terms of bit error rate (BER) and bit rate distance product.
