Neural Beam Field for Spatial Beam RSRP Prediction

open access: yesCoRR
Accurately predicting beam-level reference signal received power (RSRP) is essential for beam management in dense multi-user wireless networks, yet challenging due to high measurement overhead and fast channel variations. This paper proposes Neural Beam Field (NBF), a hybrid neural-physical framework for efficient and interpretable spatial beam RSRP ...

Feature engineering based intelligent wireless propagation model for RSRP prediction [PDF]

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2020
Abstract Wireless propagation model is of great significance for accurate 5G network deployment. Based on the data set provided by Huawei ModelArts platform, this paper uses the typical method of feature engineering to establish the intelligent wireless propagation model based on back propagation (BP) neural network. The first is feature

Digital Twin‐Based Optimization of Service Availability in LEO Mega Constellations Considering Handover Delays in Open RAN

open access: yesInternational Journal of Satellite Communications and Networking, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As non‐terrestrial networks (NTNs) become integral to future 6G systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and service continuity over low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellations is essential. This work investigates the impact of open radio access network (RAN) functional splits on handover performance in NTNs, focusing on minimizing service ...

Enhanced Terahertz Thermoelectricity Via Engineered Van Hove Singularities and Nernst Effect in Moiré Superlattices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 50, 22 June 2026.
Moiré band engineering in graphene/hexagonal boron nitride–based superlattices unlocks van Hove singularities (VHSs) for terahertz (THz) optoelectronics. Tuning the Fermi level near these singularities, associated with secondary neutrality points (SNPs), enhances the photothermoelectric response.
