Engineering Immortalized Bovine Granulosa Cells Using a Triple‐Gene Approach: Mutant CDK4, Cyclin D1, and TERT

open access: yesCell Biology International, Volume 50, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Advancing reproductive technologies in livestock is essential to improve both productivity and genetic potential of cattle. Despite this importance, application of reproductive biotechnologies in cattle breeding remains limited. Bovine granulosa cells (bGCs), which are key components of the ovarian follicle, are critical in female reproduction

Pediatric Drug Adherence and Parental Attention: Evidence From Comprehensive Claims Data

open access: yesHealth Economics, Volume 35, Issue 2, Page 346-359, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Using comprehensive U.S. drug claims data, we show that adherence to asthma control medication declined during the COVID‐19 pandemic. We find that young children exhibited a 40 percent decrease in adherence by the end of 2020. The responses were less negative for older children and positive for adults.

Establishing Immune Correlates of Protection Against Respiratory Syncytial Virus Infection to Accelerate Vaccine Development: A Model‐Based Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesCPT: Pharmacometrics &Systems Pharmacology, Volume 15, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to quantify the relationship between vaccine‐induced immunogenicity responses and the protection against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection‐related clinical outcomes, and to evaluate immunogenicity as a surrogate marker for vaccine efficacy (VE) to accelerate RSV vaccine development.

An Identification of Metastasis Regulators in Chicken (Gallus Gallus) Sarcoma Cell Lines Using Transcriptomic Data

open access: yesScientific Papers Animal Science and Biotechnologies
Rous sarcoma virus (RSV), which is an oncovirus, can cause sarcoma and consequently induce malignant tumours in chicken (Gallus gallus). Research into molecular factors that regulate the tumour-inducing ability are essential to develop prevention and ...
