Early Multicenter Outcomes of Dedicated Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement for Left Ventricular Assist Device‐Associated Pure Aortic Regurgitation

LVAD‐associated aortic regurgitation impairs circulatory support, with limited surgical and off‐label options. In a multicenter registry (n = 30), the AR‐dedicated JenaValve Trilogy TAVR eliminated AR, achieving 96.7% (29/30) technical success and 93.3% (28/30) device success (VARC‐3), with 3.3% (1/30) 30‐day mortality.

PTEN homozygous deletion is a negative prognostic factor in tumor treating fields‐treated glioblastoma, IDH wildtype patients

In a molecularly confirmed cohort of 64 newly diagnosed, TTFields‐treated glioblastomas, IDH‐wildtype, homozygous PTEN deletion was associated with markedly shorter overall survival (368 vs. 603 days) and remained an independent adverse prognostic factor.
