Producing Photoactivated Room Temperature Phosphorescent Glass from Bamboo

Room‐temperature phosphorescent (RTP) glass (B‐glass) is developed from natural bamboo. The as‐prepared B‐glass demonstrates unique photoactivated RTP characteristics and superior mechanical properties, which can serve as a reprogrammable platform for 3D luminescent architectures and multilevel optical data storage.

Nonequilibrium Nitrogen Spike Annealing for Crystallization Enhancement Achieves High Mobility and Reliability in IGO TFTs

Nitrogen‐Spike Annealing (NSA) enables crystallization of In‐Ga‐O semiconductors, reducing defect states. Compared with the conventional annealing method, NSA induces a preferentially oriented phase, enabling poly‐IGO TFTs with ≈86 cm2 V s−1 mobility and enhanced reliability, breaking the mobility‐reliability trade‐off.
