Liquid‐Mediated Sintering of SnO2 Scaffolds for Hybrid Integration of Conductive Cu3(HHTP)2

open access: yesSmall Structures, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2026.
A versatile strategy for creating hybrid metal–oxide/metal‐organic framework architectures by combining flame spray pyrolysis with liquid‐mediated sintering and vapor‐assisted growth. Porous SnO2 films are transformed into mechanically robust nano–microcluster arrays that are interconnected with conductive Cu3(HHTP)2.

Preparation of Aqueous Solutions with Information on Solids Using Natural Polymers by Solid‐State Mixing

open access: yesThe Chemical Record, Volume 26, Issue 3, March 2026.
The solid‐state information, such as chiral crystal formation, crystal polymorphism, mechanochromism, room‐temperature phosphorescence, and fluorescence detection by molecular recognition, is maintained even when the functional guest molecules are solubilized in water using natural polymers.

Demonstration of a family of X‐ray dark‐field retrieval approaches on a common set of samples

open access: yesJournal of Synchrotron Radiation, Volume 33, Issue 2, Page 437-447, March 2026.
This study aims to guide users of dark‐field imaging in selecting the most suitable technique for their imaging goals. To this end, we provide a summary table and highlight opportunities for future research into the sources of dark‐field contrast across emerging methods. There are various imaging setups capable of capturing dark‐field images, each with ...

Public sector policy capacity and parliamentary oppositions in Australia

open access: yesAustralian Journal of Public Administration, Volume 85, Issue 1, Page 188-205, March 2026.
Abstract In the Westminster model, policy formulation by parliamentarians and oppositions takes place in policy advisory systems similar to government, absent direct advice from departments. Parliaments and governments have sporadically introduced services to supply policy capacity, including parliamentary libraries, parliamentary budget offices, and ...

Regional and Socioeconomic Disparities in Frailty Across Tasmania: Evidence From Island Study Linking Ageing and Neurodegenerative Disease

open access: yesAustralasian Journal on Ageing, Volume 45, Issue 1, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Objective Although frailty appears higher in rural and socioeconomically disadvantaged areas, existing evidence often lacks adjustment for possible population confounders. This study examined the independent associations between geographic remoteness and area‐level socioeconomic status with frailty.
