We developed ultrathin silicon piezoresistive sensors and their oil‐lubricated slidable packaging, which enables high‐fidelity shape sensing of silicon gauges by mechanically isolating the sensing element within a dual‐layer film.

Gaoya dianqi, 2014 硫化硅橡胶（RTV、RTV-II）涂料已广泛应用于中国污秽等级在c级以上区域的输电线路,笔者选取±500 kV输电线路挂网运行3年以上的RTV、RTV-II涂料绝缘子为试品,连续5年对RTV、RTV-II涂层表面的积污状况、憎水性、机电特性和电气性能等进行跟踪研究。结果表明,伴随运行时间的增加,RTV、RTV-II涂层出现了涂层粉化、起包、剥落、憎水性能下降、憎水迁移能力减弱和憎水性恢复时间拉长的老化现象。
