Developable Ruled Surfaces with Constant Mean Curvature Along a Curve
In this work, we study developable ruled surfaces with constant mean curvature along a curve. The mean curvature of developable ruled surfaces generated by indicatrix curves is calculated.

Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Geometric Investigation of Three Thin Shells with Ruled Middle Surfaces with the Same Main Frame
It is proved and illustrated that by taking the main frame of the surface, consisting of three plane curves placed in three coordinate planes, three different algebraic surfaces with the same rigid frame can be designed.

The projective theory of ruled surfaces
The aim of this paper is to get some results about ruled surfaces which configure a projective theory of scrolls and ruled surfaces. Our ideas follow the viewpoint of Corrado Segre, but we employ the contemporaneous language of locally free sheaves.

ABSTRACT Traditional wearable exoskeletons rely on rigid structures, which limit comfort, flexibility, and everyday usability. This work introduces the fundamental technologies to create the first soft, lightweight, intelligent textile‐based exoskeletons (Texoskeletons) built using 1D sensors and actuators.

One parameter dual lorentzian spherical motions and ruled surfaces
In this work, we first introduced one parameter dual Lorentzian spherical motions in three dimensional dual Lorentz space D^3_1 and spacelikeand timelike ruled surfaces in three dimensional Lorentz space IR^3_1 corresponding to dual curves on dual Lorentz

This paper presents a digital microfluidics‐based technique for transferring and reconfiguring soft nanomembranes. Laser‐machined nanothin membranes are picked up, transported, and aligned via tailored surface tension and the actuation of water droplets, enabling the development of flexible electronics, the integration of functional materials on 3D ...

Ruled Surfaces as Pseudospherical Congruences
Two-dimensional ruled surfaces in the spaces of constant curvature Rⁿ, Sⁿ, Hn and in the Riemannian products Sⁿ x R¹, Hⁿ x R¹ are considered. A ruled surface is proved to represent a pseudospherical congruence if and only if it is either an intrinsically

Exciton Binding Energy of Phosphorescent Emitter Molecules in Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes
Energy level alignment is key to efficient OLED design, yet determining LUMO energies remains challenging. A methodology based on field‐induced dissociation and kinetic Monte Carlo simulations is presented to extract LUMO energies of iridium‐based phosphorescent emitters from their exciton binding energy.
