Surface Charge‐Determined Protein Coronas of Nanoparticles Control Endothelial Cells Uptake Under Low Magnitude Shear Stress

To elucidate the mechanisms underlying NPs‐ECs interactions under hemodynamic conditions, our study reveals that low magnitude shear stress (LSS and OSS) enhances the uptake of nNPs by ECs, which exhibit a pronounced tendency to accumulate at atherosclerotic plaque sites in ApoE−/− mice.
