Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Gravitational S-matrix from CFT dispersion relations
We analyse the double-discontinuities of the four-point correlator of the stress-tensor multiplet in N=4 SYM at large t’ Hooft coupling and at order 1/N 4, as a way to access one-loop effects in the dual supergravity theory.

An analytical toolkit for the S-matrix bootstrap
We revisit analytical methods for constraining the nonperturbative S-matrix of unitary, relativistic, gapped theories in d ≥ 3 spacetime dimensions. We assume extended analyticity of the two-to-two scattering amplitude and use it together with elastic ...

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Black hole S-matrix for a scalar field
We describe a unitary scattering process, as observed from spatial infinity, of massless scalar particles on an asymptotically flat Schwarzschild black hole background.

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...

The S-matrix bootstrap IV: multiple amplitudes
We explore the space of consistent three-particle couplings in ℤ2-symmetric two-dimensional QFTs using two first-principles approaches. Our first approach relies solely on unitarity, analyticity and crossing symmetry of the two-to-two scattering ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Eigenvalues of antiadjacency matrix of Cayley graph of Z_n
In this paper, we give a relation between the eigenvalues of the antiadjacency matrix of Cay(Z_n, S) and the eigenvalues of the antiadjacency matrix of Cay(Z_n, (Z_n−{0})−S), as well as the eigenvalues of the adjacency matrix of Cay(Z_n, S).
