Spine and sacroiliac joints on magnetic resonance imaging in patients with early axial spondyloarthritis: prevalence of lesions and association with clinical and disease activity indices from the Italian group of the SPACE study

open access: yesReumatismo, 2016
Our aim was to determine the prevalence of spine and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) lesions on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with early axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and their correlation with disease activity indices.

Successful Treatment of Post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 Infection Reactive Arthritis With Secukinumab: A Case Report and Literature Review

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 11, November 2025.
ABSTRACT This case describes a rare occurrence of post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 infection reactive arthritis with psoriasiform lesions. The patient failed to respond to conventional therapies but responded well to secukinumab, underscoring that it may be a valuable treatment for refractory post‐SARS‐CoV‐2 infection reactive arthritis when conventional therapies fail.

A Case of Complete Remission of Bilateral Upper Tract Carcinoma In Situ Following Retrograde Bacillus Calmette–Guérin ( BCG ) Instillation via Open‐Ended Ureteral Catheters After Failure Using Double‐J Stents

open access: yesIJU Case Reports, Volume 8, Issue 6, Page 575-577, November 2025.
ABSTRACT Introduction We present a case of carcinoma in situ (CIS) of the bilateral upper urinary tract (UUT) in which long‐term complete remission was achieved through retrograde perfusion of Bacillus Calmette–Guérin (BCG) via open‐ended ureteral catheters following the failure of endoluminal therapy using double‐J stents.
