3D anatomical atlas of the heads of male and female adult Chamaeleo calyptratus
The veiled chameleon is a model organism in reptile development research. Utilizing contrast‐enhanced microCT and deep learning segmentation models, we have generated the first digital atlases of the skull, nervous system, cranial muscles and hyolingual muscles.

Abstract The upper carbonate concretion levels of the Romualdo Formation (Aptian, Brazil) have yielded several theropod dinosaur remains, including spinosaurids and the coelurosaurs Santanaraptor placidus and Mirischia asymmetrica, the phylogenetic affinities of which are controversial.

Nonlinear dynamics of turbulent waves in fluids and plasmas [PDF]
In a model drift wave system that is interesting both in fluids and plasmas, we find that an embedded moving saddle point plays an important role at the onset of turbulence.

Marine silicon for biomedical sustainability
Schematic illustrating marine silicon for biomedical engineering. Abstract Despite momentous divergence from oceanic origin, human beings and marine organisms exhibit elemental homology through silicon utilization. Notably, silicon serves as a critical constituent in multiple biomedical processes.

Finite Larmor radius influence on MHD solitary waves [PDF]
MHD solitons are studied in a model where the usual Hall-MHD model is extended to include the finite Larmor radius (FLR) corrections to the pressure tensor. The resulting 4-dimensional set of differential equations is treated numerically.

ABSTRACT Oropharyngeal food processing exhibits a remarkable diversity among vertebrates, reflecting the evolution of specialised ‘processing centres’ associated with the mandibular, hyoid, and branchial arches. Although studies have detailed various food‐processing strategies and mechanisms across vertebrates, a coherent and comprehensive terminology ...

Next Generation Hosts for Protein Recognition, Assembly and More
The original design of synthetic receptors for proteins was based on macrocycles with a hydrophobic core and a polar/charged periphery. This design, geared towards protein recognition, facilitates receptor self‐assembly. Macrocycle oligomerization, in turn, contributes to protein assembly as evidenced in many cocrystal structures.

Dynamical Behaviour of a Time Delay Model of the ERK and STAT5 Interaction [PDF]
In this paper we have done sensitive analysis of a time delay model which describes the ERK and STAT5 interaction. The results show that the type of the equilibrium point of the model can be a compound saddle-focus or a compound saddle-knot.
